Tenders are invited for Supply & Maintenance of New Website Design and Development for the Ocean University of Sri Lanka - 2025. Bid Security (Bank Guarantee) (Rs.) 1.5 % of the quoted full amount (without VAT) valid up to 23.09.2025 Bid Document Fee (Rs.) 500/- Tender document fee mentioned above per each document should be credited to the Ocean University of Sri Lanka, Account No: 214-1-001-6-3629909, Peoples Bank Mattakuliya Branch, from 30.05.2025 to 20.06.2025. Pre-Bid Meeting for those 03 tenders will be held on 16.06.2025 respectively (1,2,3) at 11.00 a.m., 11.30 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. at the Auditorium, Ocean University of Sri Lanka, Crow Island, Mattakkuliya, Colombo - 15. Name of the Tender should be clearly written on the left-hand top corner (Tender for Supply ) of the envelope and Bids in duplicate clearly marked as Original & Duplicate should he sent through registered post to address given below or shall deposited to the Procurement Division at theaddress given below on or before the deadline as mentioned in the above-mentioned table for each tender. Each tender is considered as a separate tender and applicants can submit as separate bids. Bids will he opened on the same date : 23.06.2025 soon after the closing of bids at 11.30 a.m. - Tender of Supply, Delivery & Installation of Office Equipment for the University of Sri Lanka - 2025, 12.30 p.m. - Tender of Supply & Maintenance Website for the Ocean University of Sri Lanka - 2025, 1.00 p.m. - Tender of Supply, Delivery & Installation of Air Conditioning Machines (08 units) for Regional Centers of the Ocean University of Sri Lanka - 2025. For the opening of Bids, the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder (with an authority delegating letter) can participate. The Bidder should submit a Bid security 1.5% of the quoted full amount (without VAT) in favor of The Vice Chancellor, Ocean University of Sri Lanka, obtained from any Commercial Bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central hank of Sri Lanka in the form of an unconditional on demand guarantee and shall be valid up to the period mentioned in the above table.
