Request for proposals for Annual Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) for Easy to Learn Phase II Project (KH01-087). Conduct the EGRA Annual Early Grade Reading Assessment for children in grades 1-3 in 17 schools of Project E2L in Chhloung district as well as 06 control schools, and produce a comprehensive report on core reading skills, namely Consonant letter identification. Vowel letter identification, Letter identification (advanced), Familiar words, Oral reading fluency, and reading comprehension of grade 1 and 3 children using EGRA tools; Establish factors impacting the reading and learning of children. The external consultant evaluator will perform a literature study that includes an assessment of the current EGRA procedure as part of the EGRA Annual Early Grade Reading Assessment. This will provide background information, and the most recent EGRA report will also be reviewed and examined by an outside consultant, in order to ensure that the final report is of the highest quality, it should be in accordance with the projects indicators of requirements for the learning outcomes of children.
