The Subject Of The Documentation Consists Of The Following Scope: • Construction Project. • Technical / Executive Design. • Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works. • Investor Cost Estimate, Offer Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities. • Approved And Introduced Project Of Temporary Traffic Organization. The Employer Requires The Contractor To Submit The Design Solutions To Assess And Accept Them By The Project Ordered Before Submitting The Project To Be Agreed At The Coordination Meeting And Before The Application For Permission Or Submission Of Construction Works. The Contractor Will Develop Design Documentation In An Amount Appropriate To Complete The Task (Including Notification/Permission To Build Lighting In The Architectural And Construction Administration Bodies) And 3 Copies For The Employer As Well As 1 Copy On An Electronic Medium. The Documentation Should Meet The Requirements Of The Employer In The Material Scope And Meet The Requirements Of The Provisions (Including The Construction Law) Regarding The Correctness Of The Investment Process. 2.2. General Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. The Contractor Is Responsible For Conducting Works In Accordance With The Contract And Prepared Project Documentation, While Meeting The Requirements Set Out In This Functional And Utility Program. Infrastructure. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Accept Civil Liability For The Results Of Activities In The Scope Of: 1. Organization Of Construction Works, 2. Securing The Interests Of Third Parties, 3. Environmental Protection, 4. Work Safety Conditions, 5. Road And Pedestrian Safety Conditions. The Disposals Used During The Works Are To Meet The Requirements Of Polish Regulations, And The Contractor Will Have Documents Confirming That They Have Been Placed On The Market In Accordance With The Relevant Provisions And Have The Required Parameters (In Accordance With Article 10 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, Along With Later Changes). In The Implementation Of Works, It Is Necessary To Ensure Geodetic Service. And Positions Of Lighting Columns And The Preparation Of As -Built Geodetic Inventory.
