As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Develop A Map For Design Purposes; B) Development Of A Construction And Executive Project; C) Developing A Project To Reconstruct The Conflicting Equipment And Networks, Resulting From The Conditions Obtained By The Contractor From Network Managers; D) Developing Projects Of Permanent Traffic Organization (If Necessary); E) Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Necessary To Submit Works Or To Issue A Decision On The Building Permit And Approval Of The Traffic Organization Project With The Road Traffic Managing Body; F) Designing The Method Of Draining Rainwater; G) Obtaining The Exemption From The Obligation To Build A Technological Channel; H) Submitting To The Poviat Starosty In Lubartów In Lubartów.
