Tenders Are Invited For The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Wells And Intakes Of Oligocene Water And Water Treatment Plant In The Targówek District In Warsaw.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supervision And Ongoing Maintenance Of The Wells And Intakes Of Oligocene Water And Water Treatment Station, As Well As Maintaining Cleanliness And Proper Sanitary Condition In Facilities At Suwałki, Kołowa And Pobierz Street In Warsaw. The Work Of The Work Covered By The Contract Consists In Performing The Activities Necessary To Maintain Water Intakes In Proper Technical And Aesthetic State And Ensuring Continuous Supply Of Water From Operated Water Shots 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others: Supervision And Ongoing Maintenance Of The Wells And Intakes Of Oligocene Water And A Treatment Station With Publicly Available Water Intake Places, As Well As Maintaining Cleanliness And Proper Sanitary Condition In N/In Facilities Located At: A) Ul. Suwalska 13 In Warsaw, B) Ul. Kołowa Róg Ul. Witebska In Warsaw, C) Ul. Poborzańska Corner Of Ul. Bolesławicka In Warsaw. 3. The Scope Of The Activities Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Applies To Elements Such As: A) Oligocene Wells Together With Housings And Direct Sanitary Protection Zones, B) Intake Buildings. (Pavements). 4. A Detailed List Of Services Is Included In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Supervision And Ongoing Maintenance Of The Wells And Intakes Of Oligocene Water As Well As The Treatment Station With Publicly Available Water Intake Places, As Well As Maintaining Cleanliness And Proper Sanitary Condition In Shots In The Targówek District, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.5. Social Clauses: In Accordance With Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act - The Employer Requires During The Period Of Providing The Service By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Employees (The Term Employed Should Be Understood As Newly Employed As Well As Already Employed Employees) On The Basis Of An Employment Contract In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, The Labor Code Of Employees To Perform Activities Included In Annex 5 To Swz (Does Not Apply To Managerial Staff And Administration Staff). 6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. Justification: The Subject Procedure Is Part Of The Order For Services In The Field Of Ongoing Maintenance, Control, Repair And Maintenance Of Oligocene Water Intakes And A Treatment Station With Public Water Intake Places At Suwalska, Kołowa And Poborzańska Street In Warsaw - Individual Parts Of The Contract Are The Subject Of Separate Proceedings And Will Be Awarded Separate Proceedings. 7. The Purchaser Does Not Provide For The Awarding Of The Current Service Contractor, The Order Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Item 7 Of The Act, Consisting In Repetition Of Similar Services. 8. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform In Person By The Contractor With Key Tasks Of The Subject Of The Contract. 9. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Submission Of The Subjective Measures. 10. The Employer Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 11. T
