3 As Part Of The Basic Order: 40 Pieces (Delivery Will Be Carried Out Once). As Part Of The Option: 20 Pieces (Successively). 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others, The Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract In Place Of The Appointed By The Ordering Party And Its Insurance, Until The Contracting Authority Receives Without Reservations; B) The Subject Of The Contract Meets The Technical Parameters And The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; C) The Subject Of The Contract Delivered To The Ordering Party Is Factory -New, Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Ready For Operation, Without The Need For Additional Purchases Rights Of Third Parties; D) The Contracting Authority Requires A Guarantee Of 12 Months. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 To This Swz4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Process The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 3 To Swz. 5. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 31 Para. 2 In Connection With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Referred To In Point 1, Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Right Of Options.
