Equipment For The Needs Of The City Guard In Bochnia.1.3 The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project: Retrofitting The Municipal Guard With The Necessary Audit Equipment, Implemented As Part Of The Project No. 2021-2027, Priority 2 European Funds For The Environment, Measure 2.5 Implementation Of The Air Protection Program, Type Of Project A. Ensuring Hardware Equipment For Municipal/Inter-Municipal Guard In The Scope Of Inspections Of Compliance With Environmental Protection Regulations.1.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Vehicle To The Contracting Authority, I.E. 32-700 Bochnia, Ul. Regis 2, Which Will Be Confirmed By The Receipt Report. The Report Will Only Be Signed In The Event Of Full Compliance Of The Vehicle Delivered With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And No Defects In The Contract, As Well As The Lack Of Any Defects. 1.5 The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Contained By The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Together With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Constituting Annex 2 To The Contract.
