Tenders Are Invited For Services Of Qualified Protection Of Persons And Property Provided For The City Museum In Zabrze

1. The City Museum In Zabrze Shall Be Subject To Compulsory Protection Of Records Of Areas, Facilities And Equipment Subject To Compulsory Protection, Located In The Voivodship Run By The Voivode. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Compulsory, Qualified Physical Protection Of Persons And Property Of The City Museum In Zabrze In Accordance With The Protection Plan, In The Following Scope: A) Two (2) Single Stations In Two (2) Buildings:- Gallery Of The Café Silesia City Museum In Zabrze At Ul. 3 -Go Maja 6 - City Museum In Zabrze Ul. Powstańców Śląskich 3 B) Around The Clock, Based On A Monthly Schedule Of Service At Each Post In The Facility, Submitted To The Ordering Party For Approval Until The 26Th Day Of The Month. Lack Of Comments Made By The Ordering Party Within 2 Business Days Means Acceptance. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Protection Of The Property Used By The Ordering Party As A Co -Organizer Or Co -Conducting Exhibitions In The Ordering Party Facilities And The Property Lended Or Rented To The Ordering Party For The Ordering Party To Organize The Exhibition In Protected Areas. 4. The Contracting Authority Requires That Protection On The Abovementioned Two Posts Were Implemented By Qualified Security Staff Without Firearms In Accordance With The Protection Plan 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In Swz Together With The Attachments. 6. Attention! The Employer Reserves That During The Contract (Not Earlier Than After 3 Months From The Date Of The Contract) May Liquidate One Of The Posts, Which Will Mean A Reduction In The Scope Of The Order On The Principles Set Out In The Planned Contractual Provisions.
