Green Color., Transhipment, Transportation And Final Destination In Landfill Of Waste Collected In The Municipality Of São Miguel Do Oeste, Strictly Following The Legislation (Law 12.305/2010) And Environmental Standards (Abnt Nbr 8419/1992 And Nbr 15849/2010). The Landfill Must Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor. Throughout The Contractual Term The Contractor Must Maintain The Vehicles And The Landfill Duly Licensed, Meeting The Requirements Of The Supervisory Bodies For The Execution Of The Activities: The Landfill To Be Indicated By The Contractor, Shall Be At A Distance Not Exceeding 140 Km, Between The Headquarters Of The Municipality And The Landfill, Considered The Percussion By Paved Highways And Not Straight. Plant And Bulky Waste From Public Road Cleaning Activities. These Waste Is Basically Composed Of Branches, Waste From Brushes And Weeding, Furniture Remains And Household Items. These Waste Will Be Collected And Transported By Teams And Vehicles Of The Contractor. The Place Should Be Indicated For This Purpose, Follow All Legislation And Environmental Standards Pertinent For Activity. Note: No Construction Residues Such As Cement, Concrete, Bricks, Ceramics, Geses, Among Others Are Encompassed.
