Tenders are invited for Procurement of Hardware and IT Equipment to Emerging Technologies Lab, Islamabad through EPADS. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, etc may be obtained from the Office of the undersigned on payment of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) non-refundable. Bidding documents can also be downloaded from ETLs website www.quantum.org.pk and EPADS/PPRA (Pay order of Rs.2000/- may be attached in case downloaded from website). 3. The bid prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents, along with Bid Security/ Earnest money of 2% of the total bid value in the shape of Bank draft/ Pay order drawn in favour of Emerging Technologies Lab may reach Office of the undersigned by Jun 13, 2025 at 1030 hours via EPADS. Technical bids will be opened on the Jun 13, 2025 at 1100 hours in the presence of representatives of the bidders and financial bids will be opened on Jun 18, 2025 at 1030 hours.
