Tenders are invited for Site up-Gradation Works to be Executed at 05 Regional Passport Offices under Sindh Zone Sealed Technical and Financial Proposals are invited from NTN and GST registered companies for execution of site up-gradation works (electrification, networking, civil work and miscellaneous work) at five (5) Regional Passport Offices under Sindh Zone, in accordance with the "Bidding Documents whích can be collected from Logistics Section of this office during office hours on payment of nonrefundable Rs.2,000/- A Tender Security of fixed amount Rs.408,000/- must be attached with the Financial Proposal in the form of a Pay Order/Demand Draft/Bank Guarantee in favour of Directorate General Immigration & Passports HQ. g) All taxes shall be charged as per Government Rules on the subject. h) Directorate General, Immigration & Passports reserves the right to cancel or reject any/all tenders under rule 33, of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2004. i) Incomplete and without bid security proposals shall not be entertained. j) This tender notice has also been posted onto PPRA Website www.ppra.org.pk, DG l&P Website www.dgip.gov.pk. k) Detailed terms and conditions have been elaborated in the bidding document.
