The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of The Pavement At Ul. Staszica In Ostrów Mazowiecka On A Section Of Approx. 183 M; 2) Construction Of Exits; 3) Construction Of The Roadside; 4) Constructions Of The Designed Surface: Construction Of The Pavement Surface: • Layer Of Basic Foundation Made Of Natural Aggregate Cnr0-31.5 - Gr. 20 Cm; • Cement -Sand Bed - 4 Cm; • Concrete Cube - 6 Cm - Holland - Gray Color. Construction Of The Surface Of The Conventions: • The Basic Foundation Layer Made Of Broken Aggregate C50/30 - Gr. 22 Cm; • Cement -Sand Bed - 5 Cm; • 8 Cm Concrete Cube - Holland - Graphite Color. Store Surface Of The Roadside: • The Basic Foundation Layer Made Of Natural Aggregate Cnr0-31.5 - Gr. 20 Cm; • Cement -Sand Bed - 4 Cm; • 6 Cm Concrete Cube - Holland - Gray. 5) Dehydration: The Existing Dehydration System Has Been Preserved. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Works For Implementation Is Specified In The Project Documentation And Notification. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Check The Attached Documentation And Make A Local Vision Of The Construction Area And Its Surroundings, And Also Obtained, At His Own Responsibility And Risk, All Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare The Offer As Well As The Conclusion Of The Contract And The Performance Of The Contract. The Costs Of Making The Local Vision Of The Construction Site Will Be Borne By The Contractor. 5. Before Starting Work, The Contractor Is Required To Introduce Traffic To The Time Of Conducting Works In The Road Lane, In Accordance With A Separate Project, Agreed And Approved By The Relevant Bodies. Temporary Marking And Accompanying Constant Vertical Marking Should Be Maintained In Adequate Condition Throughout The Conduct Of Works. 6. The Contracting Authority Will Provide The Construction Area Of ​​The Abovementioned Pavement From The Date Of Handing Over The Works. This Means That The Contractor Will Have The Right To Take A Free Selection Of The Road Lane In Connection With The Implementation Of Works Being The Subject Of The Contract. 7. All Contract Works Should Be Carried Out Under The Supervision Of The Construction Manager. 8. The Contracting Authority Requires The Presence Of A Construction Manager At The Construction Site Every Day In Which Works Will Be Carried Out. 9. The Contractor, As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, Is Obliged To Deduct And Manage The Resulting Works: Land, Sand, Clay And Other Waste. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Certificates, Quality Declarations, Approvals And Approval Of Technical Own Materials Used, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Provisions Of Applicable Law.
