3.1. The Order Is Related To The Implementation Of The Task Called Co -Financing Of Construction Works In Facilities For Rehabilitation Consisting In The Renovation Of The Facade And Roofing Along With The Insulation Of The Foundation Walls Of The Building Of The Historic Manor House At The Nursing Home In Wygnanowice. The Order Is Co -Financed From Pfron Funds In The Union Agreement No. Dzr. 4061.8.2025 Of 02.04.2025 3.2. The Order Is Awarded In Parts. The Subject Of This Proceeding Is The Renovation Of The Roofing Of The Historic Court Building At The Nursing Home In Wydniaowice. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility. The Renovation Of The Facade Together With The Insulation Of Foundation Walls Will Be The Subject Of Separate Proceedings, Which Is Scheduled For 2026. 3.4 Elements Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract: A. Replacement Of Roofing, B. Renovation Of Decorative Wood Elements At The Roof Of The Building, C. Chimneys - Renovation Plasters In Places Of Extending And Painting With Filling, D. Lightning Protection Installation, E. Farm Insulation3.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Attachment To Swz, Which Includes The Design Documentation Of The Entire Construction Intention. The Design Documentation Determines A Wider Scope Than It Results From The Subject Of The Contract (The Documentation Includes The Renovation Of The Facade And Roofing Along With The Insulation Of Foundation Walls). The Scope Of Works Covered By This Order Is Indicated In A Separate Folder Containing The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As The Bill Of Quantities Regarding The Renovation Of The Roofing Of The Building. 3.6. The Contractor, To Whom The Order Will Be Awarded, Will Provide The Employer With A Warranty And Warranty For The Period Declared In The Offer. The Minimum Required Warranty Period And Warranty For The Works Performed Is 36 Months. The Contractor May Propose A Longer Period, Extending The Minimum Period By An Additional 12 Or A Maximum Of 24 Months, Which Will Be Included In The Assessment And Examination Of Offers On The Principles Set Out In The Chapter Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period. The Contracting Authority Requires A Warranty In Writing. 3.8. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform Key Tasks By The Contractor In Person. The Order Can Be Performed With The Participation Of Subcontractors. 3.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide Companies (Enterprise Designation) Of Subcontractors. In The Event Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide - As Far As They Are Already Known - If They Are Already Known - Names Or Names And Surnames And Contact Details Of Subcontractors And People To Contact Them, Involved In The Order.
