Development The Bill Of Quantities And Investors Cost Estimate As Well As Other Studies Necessary To Obtain Formal And Legal Documents Necessary When Issuing A Building Permit Decision, Including Project Documentation, B) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes And All Required Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Required By The Contractor On Behalf Of The Contractor On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority To Issue A Decision On The Authority With Obtaining A Final Building Permit On Behalf Of The Employer, C) Performing Authors Supervision By The Authors Of The Construction Project And Executive Projects During The Execution Of Works, 2) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Project Documentation, Including In Particular: A) Replacement Of Roof Covering With Sheet Metal Machining, Gutters And Trigger Pipes, B) Replacement And Repair Of Damaged Elements Of Structures Roof, C) Repair Of Damage To The Outer Walls, D) Insulation Of External Walls Along With The Replacement Of Joinery, E) Reconstruction Of Partition Walls Inside The Common Room Building, F) Reconstruction Of The Outer Parts Of The Window Openings And The Door Opening Of The Main Entrance, G) Making New Floors And Ceilings Suspended In The Rooms Of The Common Rooms, H) Supplementing Internal Plasters, And New Electrical Installation In The Rooms Of The Common Room, K) Execution Of Teletechnical Installations, L) Performance Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof, M) Execution Of A New Plumbing Installation, Central Heating And Hot Water, N) Assembly Of The Air Heat Pump, O) Execution Of A Sanitary Sewage Connection And Building A Sewage Tank, P) Making A Water Connection From The Municipal Network, Q) Making New And Access In The Modernized Common Room, R) Execution Of New External Stairs Along With A Driveway For Disabled People. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Functional And Utility Program - Annexes 4.1 - 4.9 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex 5 To Swz Is Treated Only As An Illustrative Material And Does Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 103 Pzp.3. In Any Case, When The Employer In Swz Refers To Norms, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Equivalent To The Described Solutions Are Allowed. 4.
