The Subject Of The Contract Is A Catering Service Regarding The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Children Attending The Public Primary School Władysław Orkan In Dobrościesz, Dobrocierz 136.32-862 Porąbka Iwkowska, Commune Of Iwkowa, Brest Poviat, Lesser Poland Voivodship. The Order Of The Order Is To Provide Delivery For The Needs Of The School Canteen - A Hot Meal (Dinner): 5X In A Decade Of Two -Course Dinner And 5X In A Decade Of Single -Course Meat Dinner. The Amount Of Dinners Delivered According To Students Orders. Respect Is Made Up Of The Actual Number Of Children Reduced By Anticipated Absence (20%). Therefore, This Does Not Constitute The Final Scope Of The Order, As A Result, Which Cannot Be The Basis For Applications For Completed Deliveries Or Be The Basis For Refusing To Process The Order. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of Children Covered By Meals, Which Will Cause The Contractor To Be Entitled To Remuneration Only For Actually Delivered Meals.
