The Slurry Vehicle Can Be Equipped With Measuring Devices In The Form Of A Flow Meter Enabling The Reading Of Collected Liquid Waste. 4. The Employer Emphasizes That The Quantities Of Sewage To Receive Are Estimated Amounts That May Change, Which Are To Be Used To Prepare The Offer, With The Maximum Quantities Do Not Exceed The Estimated Total Amount Of Sewage To Receive During The Period Of The Contract Specified In Table 1. Due To The Amount Of Wastewater Difficult To Predict, An Estimated Total Amount For Receipt May Change. The Contracting Authority Guarantees The Contractor A Minimum Of 10% Of The Estimated Total Amounts Of Sewage For Collection During The Contract. - Expected Quantity And Frequency Of Consumption Of Domestic (Social) Sewage In [M³] - 10 M³, Every 5-6 Weeks - Estimated Total Amount Of Living (Social) Sewage For Collection [M³] During The Contract Period (15 Months) - 120 M³.5. The Contractor Undertakes To Timely Perform The Drainage Tanks And Transport Of Domestic Sewage To The Sewage Treatment Plant With Which The Contractor Has Signed And Current Contracts. 6. The Contractor Should Have The Ability To Transport Sewage In The Quantities Specified In The Contract With The Employer. 7. The Contractor Declares That He Has Relevant Permission To Conduct Activities In The Field Of Emptying Drainage Tanks And Transport Of Liquid Waste Issued In Accordance With Art. 7 Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. 8. The Contractor Declares That He Has Valid Contracts With Sewage Treatment Plants That Undertake To Accept Living Sewage Supplied With The Contractors Transport. 9. The Contractor Undertakes To Collect Sewage With A Sanimity Vehicle That Meets The Technical And Sanitary Requirements Entitling To Export Liquid Waste, And Approved For Road Transport. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Each Time Weighing The Sewage Service At The Legalized Invasion Weight Located At The Reloading Station.
