Investment Description: The Task Includes:- Renovation And Modernization Of 5 Bathrooms, Including: Demolition Works, Disassembly (Dismantling Of Existing Sanitary Facilities), Sanitary (Performance Of New Approaches And Assembly Of New Sanitary Equipment), Electric (Replacement Of Luminaires And Fans) And Construction (Plaster Coating, Wall Resort, Performance, Performance Floors),- Renovation Of 2 Staircases, Including, Among Others: Reflection Of Existing Plasters And Performance Of New, Preparing And Frying The Substrate Along With Preparation For Painting, Double Painting2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented In The Pre-Office Of Works, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Other Works Not Mentioned In The Above-Mentioned The Purpose Specified By The Employer, And The Implementation Of The Ordeal Of As -Built Documentation To The Contracting Authority. 4) The Quality Guarantee For Completed Construction Works And The Supplied And Built -In Materials The Contractor Guarantees Quality For Completed Construction Works As Well As Delivered And Built -In Materials For A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Final Receipt, A Maximum Of 5 Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance.
