The Design Authorization Is To Contain All Agreements, Consent, Attachments Necessary For The Commune To Obtain A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works On Its Basis. 1. Existing Condition: Primary School Building No. 2 Located In Zawiercie At Ul. Niedziałkowskiego 21 In Zawiercie, Is Located On Plot No. 16/1 Km. 33, Which Is Owned By The Zawiercie Commune. Plot Is 16/1 - 0.7227 Ha. Building Surface - 1,100 M2. General Usable Surface - 2,800 M2 Building Volume - 17 100 M3. Construction - 1907 The Building Was Entered In The Register Of Monuments Kept By The Silesian Consistency Of Monuments In Katowice. A Detached Building Located At Ul. Niedziałkowskiego 21. Fundaments Of The Building Are Made Of Stone On Cement Mortar. The Villages Are Made Of Clinker Brick. The Buildings Stories Are Barely Brick, Reinforced Concrete, Klein, Wooden. The Roof Is A Wooden Truss, The Covering Is A Trapezoidal Sheet With Paint. Rut And Down Pipes Are Made Of Galvanized Sheet. The Carpet Is Equipped With Water And Sewage, Electrical, Telephone, Gas Lightning Protection Installations And Co - Power Supply From The Pec.2 Heating Plant. Order Scope: The Necessary Scope Of Design Work Should Result Directly From The Developed Energy Audit And In Particular From:  Description Of The State Of The Existing Building (Building Inventory) - Including The Technical Condition Of The Building, Its Energy Parameters And Current Energy Consumption,  Proposals Of Modernization Activities - Including The Selection Of Materials, Technologies And Installations That Will Be Used To Increase The Energy Efficiency Of The Building. This May Include Thermal Insulation Of The Roof, Walls And Floors, Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery With More Energy -Saving, Modernization Of The Heating System,  Installation Of Renewable Energy Sources. The Estimated Cost Of Investment - I.E. The Cost Of Performing Individual Modernization Activities. As Part Of The Design Work, The Necessary Scope Of Renovation Works, Reconstruction In Particular For:  Adjustment Of The Entrance Zone Of The Facility, The Ground Floor And The First Floor Of The Building For The Needs Of People With Disabilities By E.G.
