If The Contractor Does Not Comply With The Above, The Contracting Authority Will Charge The Contractor Contractual Penalties In The Amount Specified In The Contract. 4.3. In The Absence Of Submitting The Policy Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Have The Right To Withdraw From The Contract.
