Finishing • Marking Of Road Safety Roads And Devices • Street Elements) Task 2 - Reconstruction Of Voivodship Road No. 973 Consisting In The Construction Of A Left -Sided Pavement On The Section From 085 Km 0+670.00 To The Episode 090 Km 0+015.20 At A Length Of 129.3M In The M. Earthworks • Foundations • Surfaces • Finishing Works • Marking Of Road Safety Roads And Devices • Street Elements) Task 3 - Reconstruction Of Voivodship Road No. 973 Consisting In The Construction Of A Left -Hand Pavement On The Section From Episode 090 Km 0+043.75 To The Episode.090 Km 0+339.42 In The M. Include: • Preparatory Works • Earthworks • Foundations • Surfaces • Finishing Works • Marking Of Road Safety Roads And Devices • Street Elements) In Addition, A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By:  Items Of Works - Annex 4 To Swz  Project Documentation - Annex No. 5 To Swz,  Stwiorb - Annex 6 To Swz,  The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 7 To Swz4) The Planned Contractual Provisions Adopted The Principle Of Flat -Rate Remuneration, So The Entries Included In The Project Documentation Are Also Aimed At Enabling The Valuation Of Individual Elements Of Works.5) The Contracting Authority Expects The Contractor To Provide The Price For The Implementation Of The Order, Divided Into The Price For The Implementation Of Each Task, As A Flat -Rate Price. Orders Of The Order Being The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of The Contract Documents, Including Vat Applicable On The Day Of Submitting The Offer. 6) The Contracting Authority Requests Before Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor, The Presentation Of A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate, Prepared Separately For Each Task, Based On Project Documentation, Entries, Stwiorb And A Possible Local Vision, Conducted By The Contractor. 7) As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract (Within The Scope Of Each Of The Tasks), The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) To Ensure The Robots Of Persons With Permissions In The Specialties Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entrusted Task And Keeping The Investment Journal Or The Construction Log (If Necessary) In Cooperation With The Supervision Inspector Appointed By The Provincial Roads In Krakowb). Conducting A Constant Control Of The Marking And Assurance That The Traffic Organization Includes The Actually Occupied Work Zone. After The Contract Is Completed, The Contractor Is Obliged To Liquidate The Marking, C) Applying To Entities Managing Conflicting Networks With The Scope Of Works To Reconcile The Scope Of Work In The Road Lane
