The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: Order Documents Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, Including The Specification Of The Contract Terms Together With All Its Changes And Explanations (Swz), Prepared In The Course Of The Public Procurement Procedure And The Following Documents: A Functional And Utility Program, Which Within The Meaning Of Art. 103 Para. 2 And Para. 3 Of The Ppl Act Includes A Description Of The Construction Task Together With The Purpose Of The Purpose Of Completed Construction Works And The Technical, Economic, Architectural, Material And Functional Requirements With Attachments.
