Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of A Deposit For Drainage

4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery Along With The Installation Of A Centrifugal Centrifugation For Drainage Of The Settlement As Part Of The Operation Entitled Expansion Of The Water Supply Network And The Supply Of Sewage Infrastructure Machines And Devices In The Czarnożyły Commune. 4.2. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Factory New Delivery (Year Of Production: 2024/2025), Originating From Current Production And Not Used Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Of The Necessary Work Necessary To Carry Out The Test Of The Correct Work, From The Official Distribution Channels Of The Manufacturer, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Guarantee Rights Of Equipment In The Extent Specified In Annex 1 To Swz Together With Them By Transport, Assembly, Connection And Launch In The Place Indicated By The Employer, 2) Providing Technical Documentation Related To The Subject Of The Contract Including: A) User Manual In Polish - 1 Copy In Paper Version And/Or 1 Copy In Electronic Version B) Warranty Card With A List Of Authorized Service Points In Poland, C) Ce Certificate (If Applicable) And Declaration Of Compliance Issued By The Manufacturer, D) A List Of Service Activities That May Be Performed By The User Independently Not Passing The Warranty Loss, E) Protocols Of Tests Performed, Tests And Measurements Specified By The Provisions (If Concerned), 3) Providing Together With The Order All Necessary For The Proper Operation Of Cables, Cables, Connectors, Etc. (If Required For Proper Product Operation), 4) Cleaning The Rooms After Assembly And Cleaning The Rooms After Assembly, The Distribution And Installation Of The Subject Of The Contract, 5) Conducting Training In Equipment Service For The Indicated Employees Of The Ordering Party (Applies To The Supplied Elements For Which Such A Necessity Is Provided In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract), 6) The Costs Of Transport And Insurance Of The Supplied Equipment Are Borne By The Contractor, 7) All Electrical Elements Of The Offered Equipment Must Correspond To The Polish Power Supply Standard, 8) The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Order For The Contracting Authority Software Trading Installed In The Equipment Offered And For The Fact That The Contracting Authority, As A Result Of The Conclusion Of The Contract, Will Be Authorized To Use As Part Of Ordinary Use Of All Software Provided Together With The Equipment Offered, 9) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Overall Order, Including For Its Course And Timely Performance, Quality, Compliance With Technical, Qualitative And Applicable Laws In This Respect. 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The List Of Minimum Required Technical And Utility Parameters, The Cars Equipment Was Described In The Technical Specification Of The Vehicle Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.4.6. In The Case Of Use In The Documentation Describing The Subject
