The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Organization And Service Of Two-Day Workshops For The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection In The Field Of Project Implementation No. Fenx.01.05-Iw.01-0113/24 Pn. Implementation Of Active Protection Activities In Natura 2000 And Fenx.01.05-Iw 01-0106/24 Pn. Updating Of Protective Tasks For Natura 2000 Areas With Monitoring. Establishment Includes The Following Elements: A) Accommodation - Providing One Accommodation For 90 People, Including For 20 People In Single Or Double Rooms For Single Use And For 70 People In 70 People In At Least Double Rooms To Use By Two, B) Conference Service - Providing Fully Equipped Two Conference Rooms (Smaller And Less Larger) Located In The Same Building, In Which Accommodation And Gastronomic Services Will Be Provided, Equipped With Each System For Conducting Conferences And Multimedia Equipment (Including A Projector And Laptop With Appropriate Software) And Sound System. One Of The Rooms Is To Be Adapted For Meetings Of Groups Of A Minimum Of 90 People, The Other At Least 45 People; C) Gastronomic Service - Providing Food For Participants: • First Day - Providing Coffee Service And Lunch And Dinner For 90 People; • Day Two - Providing Breakfast, Full -Day Coffee Service And Dinner For 90 People; D) Transport Service (Optional) - Providing Transport From The Parking At The Palace Of Culture And Sciences In Warsaw, Plac Defilad 1 To The Place Of Implementation Of The Workshop On The Day Of Their Commencement And From The Workshop Place To The Parking Lot At The Palace Of Culture And Science In Warsaw, Plac Defilad 1 On The Day Of Their Completion, If The Location Of The Facility In Which The Workshop Is Organized Does Not Allow You To Reach A Single Public Transport From The Warsaw Central Station At The Time Not Exceeding 60 Minutes. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Constitute An Attachment To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract.
