The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party Together With The Assembly Of A Technological Device For The Production Of Lldpe Foil Or Minimum Two -Layer Ldpe, Adapted To Work On A Regranulate, Specified And Described In The Order Documents (Hereinafter: An Extruder For The Production Of Foil) An Extruding That Meets All The Requirements Specified In The Contract Documents, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In The Proposed Contractual Provisions (The Contractor Does Not Have To Be A Producer Or The Official Distributor [Dealer] Extruder); 2) Providing The Ordering Party By The Contractor Of The Extruder Who Meets All The Requirements Specified In The Documents Of Jw; 3) Transfer To The Lusatian Recycling Center Limited Liability Company With Its Registered Office In The Marshans Of The Ownership Of The Device At The Time Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Report Without Comments, But Not Later Than The Date Indicated In § 2 Para. 1 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract; 4) The Implementation Of Warranty And Service Obligations; 5) The Implementation Of Other Obligations Specified In The Documents Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz, Which Is Also An Integral Part Of The Contract.
