Tenders Are Invited For Family Academy - Away Trainings For Improving Parental Skills As Part Of The Family Support Center Project - Cwr I

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Conduct Seven Away Training Of Parental Skills. The Trips Will Be Attended By People/Families Using The Mopr Support, Experiencing Care And Educational Problems Or In Crisis, Which Are Participants/Participants Of The Family Support Center Project-Cwr I, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Under The European Funds Program For Silesia 2021-2027. The Contracting Authority Requires That Each Of The Three -Day Traveling Training Takes Place At A Different Time And In A Manner Regulated In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex A To The Specification (Swz). 3. General Rules And Manner Of The Contract Are Determined By The Proposed Contractual Provisions Constituting Annex 5 To The Specification (Swz). 4. The Contracting Authority Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship (Article 95 Of The Public Procurement Law) Of All Persons Who Will Perform Administrative And Office Work Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Abovementioned Works, Cooperating Persons Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 13 October 1998 On The Social Insurance System, As Well As The Incumbent Members Of The Managing Or Supervisory Authorities Of The Contractor, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partner Company Or Trainers/Trainers/Guardians/Guardians/Carer/Coordinator/Coordinator In The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service To The Ordering Party Or The Contractor. The Above Is Used According To Subcontractors. Determining The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of These Persons, The Contracting Authoritys Rights In The Scope Of Controlling The Contractor Complying With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These Persons And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Were Specified In The Proposed Contractual Provisions. 5. The Contracting Authority Did Not Divide The Proceedings Into Parts. The Reasons For Failure To Divide The Procedure Into Parts: 1) The Contract Covered By These Proceedings Is Fully Available To Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises, As Indicated By Its Estimated Value Expressed In Pln, Which Is Less Than The Equivalent Of Eur 750,000. In Addition, The Terms Of The Contract And The Requirements For The Contractor Have Been Specified In The Procedure At A Minimum Level; 2) The Subject Of The Contract Applies To Homogeneous Services That Do Not Require Specific Knowledge, The Involvement Of Contractors Of Various Industries And Specializations, I.E. It Is Not Addressed To Several Specialized Sectors Of The Imp, Which Could Constitute A Basis For Considering The Division Of The Order Into Several Parts. The Division Of This Order Into Parts Is Unprecedented Due To The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Of A Uniform And Coherent Whole.
