Supply Services Of Personnel Including Temporary Staff - Hiring Personnel Public Space. The Scope Of The Present Tender Concerns The Interpretation Of The Need For Temporary Acquisition, Skills Or Capacity In The Absence Of Knowledge, Skills Or Capacity In Their Own Organization. If It Is Chosen For The External Involvement Of This Knowledge, Skills And Capacity, Then The Client Needs A Framework With Which Purchasing This Knowledge, Skills And Capacity Can Take Place As Effectively And Efficiently As Possible. The Scope Of This Framework Agreement Includes The Following Functions (Not Limitative): • Project Manager • Technical Manager • Environment Manager • Contract Manager • Project Management Manager • Work Planner • Manager • Supervisory System • Project Supporter/ Project Secretary The Aforementioned Positions Are The Core Of The Externalness That Is Expected To Be Expected To Expect The Expected Time Expected To Expect The Expected Time Expected To Expect The Framework Agreement. The Contractors Are Therefore Expected To Be Able To Offer Candidates For At Least A Large Part Of These Functions (See Also Section 8.3.2.1 Core Competencies). Optional Scope In Addition To The Above Functions, There Are Various Functions That Belong To The Optional Scope Of The Framework Agreement. It Concerns Functions For The Public Space, But Which Is Uncertain Whether And To What Extent The Contracting Authority Needs The Use Of External Capacity On These Functions. It Is Therefore Desirable That The Contractors Can Offer Candidates For Such Positions, But This May Not Be Possible For Every Contractor. That Is Why The Client Reserves The Possibility Of Purchasing Such Functions Outside The Framework Agreement. This Includes Functions Such As (Not Exhaustive): • Technical Specialists (Including Civil Artworks, Cables And Pipes, Traffic, Etc.) • Manager/ Management Employee • Policy Adviser Outside Scope Is Not Part Of The Scope Of Framework Agreement Is External Capacity In The Form Of Temporary Forces. In Addition, The Supply Of Engineering Products Also Falls Outside Scope (The Client Has A Separate Framework Agreement For This). See Further Description In The Tender Document. The Executioner For Four Years, The Contracting Authority Has Had Access To Framework Agreement With A Similar Scope. The Financial Spend Of This Expiring Framework Agreement Concerns Approximately € 8,000,000 Excluding Vat In A Period Of Four Years. At The Same Time, The Contracting Authority Has The Ambition To Reduce The Use Of External Capacity In The Coming Years And To Take More Permanent Employees. The Extent To Which And The Speed At Which This Proceeds Is Yet Unknown, But This May Have The Effect That The Size Of The Framework Agreement Decreases Compared To Previous Years. The Maximum Size Of The Framework Agreement Has Been Set At € 12,000,000 Excluding Vat For The Entire Contract Period. This Has Been Made
