The Municipality Of Zoetermeer Wants To Draw Up A Species Management Plan (Smp) As Part Of The Sustainability Assignment Of The Built Environment. An Smp Offers An Area -Oriented Approach For Protecting Building -Occupied Species In Spatial Developments, Renovations And Sustainability Measures. With This Descriptive Document, Interested Parties Are Given The Opportunity To Make A Registration For Conducting An Ecological Investigation Into Building -Occupied Birds And Bats Within The Established Research Area Of The Municipality Of Zoetermeer And According To The Attached Guidelines. This Research Ultimately Forms The Basis For The Species Management Plan To Be Drawn Up. Of Which Arcadis Took Care Of The Reporting And Application For A Permit. Phase 2: Basic Research Consisting Of The Products, Methodologies And Guidelines Mentioned In The Program Of Requirements. The Basic Research Provides All The Necessary Data From The Ecological Research For The Smp To Be Drawn Up. Arcadis Draws Up The Report Of This. The Research Area Comprises The Urban Area Of The Municipality Of Zoetermeer, With The Exception Of: • The Outlying Area On The Northwest Side, Due To The Disproportionate Research Effort In Relation To The Number Of Homes/Buildings; • The Oosterheem District, Due To Construction Years After 2002 With Sufficient Insulation Values.
