A Special Test Is To Be Carried Out At A Credit Institution With A Focus On Subject Areas Of The Kwg. In Particular, The Icaap Should Be Checked. The Exam Is Intended To Determine Whether The Institute Has Adequate And Effective Procedures For Determining And Ensuring Risk Charity (Section 25A (1) Kwg). This Is To Be Assessed On The Basis Of The Relevant Regulations - In Particular At 2.2, 4.1, 4.2 And 4.3 Of The Circular 06/2024 (Ba) - Minimum Requirements For Risk Management - Marisk From May 29, 2024.
