The Offered Medical Product Must Have Approvals, Certificates And Be Registered In Accordance With The Law Requiring The Possession Of Approvals, Certificates And Registration, 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Such Activities Within The Time Limits Arising From Applicable Regulations And Provide The Employer With Relevant Documents Confirming The Performance Of Such Activities On These Dates. 3.4. In Cases Where Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Special Process That Characterized Specific Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Have Been Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Means That The Contracting Authority Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, However, In Each Such Situation, The Contracting Authority Allows The Contractor Equivalent To The Above -Described Way. In Such Situations, Possible Indications Of Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes Specific Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Should Be Read Together With The Words Or Equivalent. Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3, The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Such Situations, Possible Indications Should Be Read Together With Or Equivalent Words. 3.5. The Contracting Authority Requires The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract On The Principles Set Out In The Contract.
