    Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation and Winding of (1) 400 HP, 3150 Volt Motor for the Spiral Link Station. Initial insurance: EGP 60,000 Tender document price: EGP 2,000 Technical Specifications For the process of: - Rehabilitation and winding of (1) 400 HP 3150 V motor for the helical connection station Stator: 1- Disassemble the motor and replace the necessary damaged coils (bars) under the supervision of the inspection and receiving committee. 2- Remove the damaged bar coils cold without heating so as not to affect the iron layers of the stator, if necessary. Clean the stator channels with solvents after removing the damaged coils, if necessary. - The stator channels must be tested and treated after completing the procedure for removing the damaged coils, if necessary.
