Tenders are invited for Clearing & Forwarding Services To be eligible for contract award the successful bidders shall meet the following requirements: Bidders should be highly professional, qualified, licensed, and registered service providers who possess minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field Experience on inbound and outbound logistic services with zero demurrages. All the charges pertaining to the import & export shipments should be included in the Bid such as Clearing & forwarding, courier, Air freight & Sea freight (LCL, FCL bonded warehouse) & other value-added services involved. For the bids, you may consider the fuel prices (Rs.274.00 - Auto Diesel price) as of 28th May 2025. Fuel rates (increase/decrease percentage) will be considered for all transportation related cost elements and the costs would be monitored on the 3rd day of every month aligning with the lOC/Ceypetco/Sinopec average fuel pricing and will be revised the costs according to the formula below. Note: If the price is decreased or increased by 5% against the last revision, then 65% of the increased or decreased amount will be accepted. Pre bid meeting will be held on 4th June (Wednesday) 2025 at 10.30 am at ATL SC board room. Bid documents can be collected at the meeting. Sealed tenders should be deposited into the tender box kept at the Department of Supply Chain on or before 13th June 2025 before 5.00pm.
