The Directorate Of Prison And Probation Service (Prison And Probation Service) Expects To Implement An Eu Offering Of Scanning, Surveying And 3D Modeling Of The Prison And Probation Services Total Property Portfolio During The 2Nd Half Of 2025 With The Expected Start-Up Of Contract At The Beginning Of 2026. The Prison And Probation Service Has, As Part Of A New Digitization Strategy, Decided To Initiate A Project In Order To Get Measured And 3D-Modeled Criminal Services Total Property Portfolio. The Primary Purpose Of The Project Is To Have The Areas Of The Prison And Probation Service Validated And Use Of Them. In Addition, The Purpose Of The Survey And Modeling Is To Establish A Digital And Data -Driven Foundation For Future Property Operations, Maintenance, Planning And Development. The Project Includes Scanning, Surveying And Building 3D Models (Revit/Ifc), Which Must Be Able To Integrate Into The Newly Purchased Fm System (Dalux Fm). The Property Portfolio Consists Of Buildings Across Denmark, As Well As In Greenland And In The Faroe Islands. The Portfolio Ranges Widely And Includes Both Newer And Older Buildings With Great Architectural And Technical Variation. It Covers A Wide Range Of Uses - Including, Prisons, Housing, Technical Facilities And Administration.
