Renovation Includes: 1. Dismantling An Old Wooden Door And Installation New With Pages Turning - 2; 2. Dismantling Luminaires, Switches, Contacts And Installation Of New Ones - 40; 3. Dismantling And Installation Of A White Non -Magnetic Board - 2; 4. Priming, Putty And Latex Painting - 320 Sq.M. 5. Dismantling Old Radiators And Installation Of New Panel Radiators Type 22 - 16; 6. Painting With Blessed Paint Walls - 90 Sq.M.; 7. Painting With A Blessed Paint Of The Supply Pipes To The Radiators - 40 M.; 8. Priming, Making An Equalization Screed And Laying Granite - 66.5 Sq.M. Et Al., According To The Quantitative Account Attached To The Documentation For Conducting The Present Public Procurement, Containing The Types And Quantity Of The Necessary Construction And Repair/Construction Works For Modernization Of The Study Base In The Cspp Under The Ship-Varna For The Exercise Of The Exempt Of The Dismissal And Country Assistance To Victims Of Accident. According To Art. 72, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Requires A Submission Within 5 Days Of Justification For The Manner Of Formation Of The Bid Price Of A Participant When It Is More Than 20 Percent More Favorable Than The Average Value Of The Proposals Of The Other Participants On The Same Evaluation Indicator-In Case Of Evaluation Of Three Or More Offers. For The Purposes Of Art. 72, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, When Evaluating One Or Two Tenders, As A Basis For Comparison With Respect To The Proposed Total Value Of The Contract In Bgn Without Vat, The Contracting Authority Determines The Announced Estimated Value Specified In The Notice.
