Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services - Tendering Of Cleaning Service. The Offer Contains 1 Agreement, Which Includes Daily Cleaning In Helsingør Municipalitys Properties. Today, The Assigned Tasks Are Performed To A Large Degree By External Suppliers, And The Contracting Entity Does Not Submit A Control Bid. The Contracting Entity Enters Into An Agreement With One Supplier With The Start Date On January 1, 2026. The Agreement Runs Through December 31, 2031, With The Possibility Of Extension For Up To 2 X 12 Months, Ie. With Outlet No Later Than December 31, 2033. The Agreement Includes A Total Of Approx. 80 Individual Sites, Including Schools, Sfos, Day Care Centers, Administrative Buildings, Libraries, Cultural Houses, Sports Halls, Specialist Institutions, Dental Clinics, Stairs, And Care Centers, As Well As Living And Living Services, Divided Into Approx. 170,000 Square Meters. All Sites Are Shown In Appendix A Offer List. During The Contract Period, Sites That Are Unknown At The Commencement Of The Tender May Not Be Deleted, And Thus There May Be Changes In The Contractors Building Stock, As Well As Ad-Administrative Or Political Decisions And The Like.
