The Subject Of The Contract Is To Provide Comprehensive Economic-Financial Support (Advice) In Connection With The Preparation Of A New Nuclear Source During The Preparation And Conclusion Of Contractual Relations Between The State And The Investor, Including The Related Support In Negotiations With The Entities Concerned And Other Necessary Support. This Support (Advice) Will Be Provided To Ensure The Interests Of The State In The Economic And Financial Field, The Effective Use Of Funds Provided By The State As Part Of Public Support And The Determination Of The Method Of Financing The New Nuclear Source Project. Part Of The Support (Counseling) Is Also The Preparation Of The State Strategy For The Discussion And Notification Of The State Aid Of The Project Of The New Nuclear Source With The Commission, Including The Preparation Of Documents, Applications And The Necessary Auxiliary Materials For Negotiations With The Commission. The Performance Also Includes The Support Of The State Representatives In Negotiations With The Commission Or With Other Eu Institutions On State Aid Issues. In Connection With The Upcoming Construction Of A New Nuclear Source In The Locality Jaslovské Bohunice, Either Through Jess, A.S., A Subsidiary Of The Contracting Authority, Or The Contracting Authority Itself, After The Eventual Obtaining All Shares Of Jess, A.S. The Contracting Authority Will Need To Be Determined By The Investment And Financial Model And To Prepare The Necessary Extent Of State Aid. The Value Of The New Nuclear Source Project Will Exceed Several Billion Euros. On The Basis Of These Parameters, The Contractual Arrangement Between The State And The Investor/Other Concerned Entities Will Then Be Proposed And Agreed. The Public Support (State Aid) Will Be Notified To The Commission. Based On The Results Of The Notification Process, The Contract Framework Will Be Finalized. It Will Be Necessary To Process Supportive Analyzes, In Particular Analyzes Of Selected Investor Models, Market Analyzes, Analysis Of State Aid Settings And Adequacy, Analysis In The Field Of Control Of Financial-Economic Parameters Resulting From Concluded Contracts, And Performing Other Related Tasks.
