Expression of Interest are invited for Preparation of a Digital Roadmap and a Priority Program for Water Services of REGIDESO Burundi. Description: The consultancy aims to guide REGIDESOs (Burundis national water and energy utility) digital transformation process to improve the performance of its water supply services over the next 3-5 years, specifically the reduction of non revenue water. The objective is to assist the utility in the design of a digital strategic vision, the preparation of a digital roadmap, and the development of technical specifications along with a detailed actionable and costed program to strengthen digital capabilities and manage the necessary change in the delivery of water supply services . The specific objectives of the technical assistance mission are: Carry out a rapid diagnosis of REGIDESOs performance of its water supply services to define the opportunities, including non revenue water reduction, for which digitalization would be a powerful lever. Analyze the digital maturity of business departments. Draw up a digital roadmap including: Major technological trends by business environment The main principles of a target organization General description of the major business processes affected Expected benefits Elements on the adoption of this transformation (prioritization) A macro-planning of possible deployment, formulated as a time-bound roadmap with costing. Once the roadmap has been approved by REGIDESO management, develop a detailed program to be financed under the IDA financed Burundi Water Supply and Sanitation Access project (P507207) by drafting technical specifications and requirements for service provider(s) to execute priority actions identified in the roadmap and validated by REGIDESO management.
