Tenders are invited for Conducting a Comprehensive Needs Assessment in the Northern West Bank. Project Overview: SOS Palestine is expanding its humanitarian and child protection response through Direct Family Empowerment (DFE) and Emergency Response Projects (ERP). This assessment will evaluate: The needs of vulnerable children and families Existing care services and their capacity Community assets and stakeholder landscape Recommendations for strategic intervention The findings will inform SOSs 20262028 strategy in supporting children at risk of losing parental care and those in alternative care settings.
