The Republic Of Türkiye Istanbul Governorship, Istanbul Project Coordination Unit (Ipcu) Has Received A Loan From The Council Of European Development Bank (Ceb) Towards The Cost Of Istanbul Seismic Risk Mitigation And Emergency Preparedness Project (Ismep). It Is Intended That Part Of The Proceeds Of This Loan Will Be Applied To Eligible Payments Under The Contract For Reconstruction Works Of Haydarpaşa Health Campus (Ceb4-Wb1-Yapim-01). The Project Consists Of Approximately 190,457 M² Of Enclosed Area, Including A 17,973 M² Underground Parking Facility. The Structure Includes 2 Basement Floors, 4 Podium/Base Floors, 1 Technical Floor, 3 Inpatient Floors, 1 Roof Floor, And A Total Of 11 Floors. The Hospital Building Will Be A Seismic Base Isolated Building With Multi-Storied Comprising In-Situ Reinforced Concrete Construction And Equipped With Sophisticated Electrical And Mechanical Services, Including Lifts, Heating, Ventilation/Air-Conditioning, Sanitary And Medical Support Systems. It Is Expected That Invitations For Bid Will Be Made In August 2025. Prequalification Will Be Conducted Through The Prequalification Procedures Specified In The Guidelines For Procurement Of Goods, Works And Related Services For Projects Financed By The Ceb (September 2023) And Is Open To All Bidders From Eligible Source Countries, As Defined In The Guidelines.
