If Necessary, Within The Time Limit Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Sites For The Supply Of Electricity, According To The Need, And Will Pay The Consumed Electricity Under The Price Agreed With The Contractor According To Its Price Offer. For The Duration Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Award New And Close Existing Sites. Ii.
