The Estimated Number Of Vehicles Taken For The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 78. The Authorized Contracting Authorities Are Entitled To Remove Passenger Vehicles Within The Meaning Of Section 100 (1) Of The Public Procurement Act Until The Limit Of The Required Number Of Passenger Cars Referred To In Annex 1 To The Framework Agreement Increased By 20 %. The Total Maximum Number Of Vehicles Collected On The Basis Of A Public Contract Is 93. The Implementation Of The Subject Of Performance Defined In The Article And Framework Agreement Will Take Place For The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Based On Individual Purchase Contracts Concluded In Accordance With Section 134 Of The Public Procurement Act.
