The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure The Provision Of Medical Emergency Services For Adults, Adolescents And Children (Hereinafter Referred To As “Lps”) In Prague 10. Medical Emergency Services Means Outpatient Care Provided To Patients In Case Of Sudden Changes In Health Or Deteriorate The Course Of The Disease. The Emergency Service Will Be Provided On Weekdays From 18:00 - 24:00, On The Weekend And Holidays From 6:00 - 24:00. The Emergency Service Must Be Provided In The Corresponding Spaces That Include At Least Two Surgeries, A Nurse And A Medical Room. The Surgery Will Be Equipped With Furniture, Foundation Items In Accordance With Valid Legislation And Basic Technical Instrumentation (Crp, Ecg, Inr, Etc.). The Contracting Authority Shall Present That Part Of The Fulfillment Provided By The Contracting Authority Within The Public Contract May Also Include Funds For Building Modifications Or Retrofitting Space That The Supplier Would Be Interested In To Use For The Implementation Of The Public Contract (These Funds Will Be A Possible Part Of The Bid Price). The Contracting Authority Explicitly Draws Attention To The Fact That A Closer Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, In Particular The Method Of Securing The Lps And The Specific Contractual Conditions, May Be Subject To Negotiations In The Negotiating Phase Of The Tender Procedure.
