Construction -Site Supervision Services - Conducting The Conformity Of The Investment Project And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Engineering - Design, Construction And Copyright Supervision Of The Site: Reconstruction Of The Main Water Supply Branch Of The Village Of Laga, Etropole Municipality. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Selection Of A Contractor To Evaluate The Conformity Of The Investment Project And The Exercise Of Independent Construction Supervision In Connection With The Implementation Of The Site: Reconstruction Of The Main Water Supply Branch Of The Village Of Laga, Etropole Municipality. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act, As Well As For Those Resulting From Art. 178 Of The Spa, As Well As Other Applicable Provisions Of The Current Legislation. Construction Supervision Is Implemented In The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Spatial Planning Act, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During Construction, Is To Account For The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of 05.02.2015. For The Conditions And Procedure For The Investment Of Construction Products In The Construction Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And All Legal And Regulations In The Field Of Construction In The Republic Of Bulgaria.
