The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Designate A Contractor And To Conclude A Contract With Him For The Production Of Information For Assessment Of The Need For Implementation Of The Environmental Impact Assessment, The Information For Assessment Should Be Developed In Connection With The Initiated Procedure Under Chapter Six Of The Environmental Protection Act (Zos) And Art. 31 Of The Biodiversity Act (Act) And Decree No. Nsap-585-12/18.11.2024. Of The Minister Of Environment And Water, According To Which A Procedure Is Required At The Discretion. The Documentation Should Be Developed In Accordance With The National Environmental Legislation And Good Practices In The Construction Of Infrastructure Projects. Description Of The Activities: A) Familiarization With The Subject Of The Contract; Visit To The Site; Performing Additional Activities Related To The Development Of The Contract Not Mentioned In Its Description, But Related To Its Qualitative Performance, For Which The Contractor Will Not Have Any Claims To The Contracting Authority. (B) Removal At Their Own Expense Of Defects Established In The Course Of The Inspections By The Contracting Authority And/Or The Competent Authority. C) Provision Of A Public Procurement Team, With The Following Functions: H.1) The Team Leader: Will Bear All Responsibility For The Qualitative Implementation Of All Sections Of The Information For Assessment Of The Need To Carry Out Eia And/Or Ec, To Coordinate And Monitor The Comparability Of The Information In The Different Sections And In Terms Of The Measures And Frequency. C V.3) Noise Expert: Will Be Responsible For The Correct, Complete And Accurate Implementation Of The Noise Part. D) Providing A Team Of Experts In All Other Sections With Professional Experience And Qualification Necessary For The Quality Performance Of The Public Procurement. (E) All Other Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement.
