The Participant Proves His Compliance With The Requirement Made By Applying Authorization Letters Or Other Equivalent Documents Issued By The Producers Or By Their Official Representatives In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By A Translation Into Bulgarian In Their Technical Proposal.
