The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity Covering The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Service Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator To The Consumption Points Of Entities Jointly Applying For The Contract, In Accordance With The List Specified In Annexes No. 2A And 2B To Swz. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Sale And Distribution Of Electricity To The Indicated Entities In 2026, In An Amount Consistent With The Estimated Demand Of 96 530 361.75 Kwh. 2. The Forecasted Electricity Consumption During The Contract For Individual Contracting Authorities Is For: - Street And Road Lighting Sp.Z O.O. (Ouid) 38,000,000.00 Kwh - Municipalities Together With Organizational Units / Other Entities 58 530 361.75 Kwh Detailed Data On Delivery And Service Includes A Price Form - Annex 3B To Swz 3. The Estimated Amount Of Delivery Does Not Constitute On The Part Of The Contracting Authorities The Obligations To Consume Energy In The Given Quantity And In No Case Can Be The Basis For Any Claims From The Contractor. The Actual Amount Of Energy Purchased Confirmed By Indications Of Measuring And Billing Systems During The Implementation Of Contracts Will Result Only From The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authorities. In The Course Of This Order, The Employers Reserve The Right To Increase The Total Amount Of Energy Purchased, To + 20% Compared To The Amount Specified In Point 2 - The Basic Scope. Pursuant To Art. 433 Point 4 Of The Pzp Act, The Employer Declares That A Reduction In The Amount Of Energy Ordered Will Not Occur By More Than 5% Of The Original Scope Of The Contract. The Above Circumstance, I.E. A Reduction In The Amount Of Energy Ordered To The Indicated Percentage, Will Not Change The Amount Of The Contractors Unit Rates. Electricity Supplies Will Be Met By Qualitative Standards Specified In The Energy Law And Executive Files. 4. The Contracting Authorities Have The Right To Change The Quantity (Increase, Reduction) Of Electricity Consumption Points During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, With The Price Rates Given In The Offer Form Also In The Case Of New/Additional Electricity Consumption Points. 5. The Purchaser Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Supply Of Electricity Using The Option Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Option Of The Option Is The Possibility Of Increasing Electricity Supply On The Terms Of The Concluded Contract Up To 20% Of The Basic Order. The Employer Makes The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Options For Adding New Electricity Consumption Points To Ppe Listed In Annex 3B To Swz, Resulting In Increasing The Demand For Electricity Supply Beyond The Basic Demand.
