Preparing a project feasibility study as per the TOR through comprehensive stakeholder consultations, data analysis and field visits b. Supporting IsDB Team in preparation of the Project Preparation Report (PPRR) and Project Appraisal Document (PAD) c. Drafting the Terms of Reference (TOR) for key consultancies to be hired under the project to ensure readiness for implementation, i.e., Technical Design and Supervision Consultant.
