The Technical University Of Denmark (Hereafter Dtu) Wants To Enter Into An Agreement On The Delivery Of Prefabricated Server Module, Products, Support And Service As Well As Hourly Services (The Agreement). Dtu Wants To Enter Into An Agreement Regarding The Purchase Of Server Module With Accessories With A Total Power And Cooling Capacity Of 1Mw. The Server Module With Accessories Must Be Used For Hosting European Spallation Source Eric (Ass) Servers In The Form Of Eg. Hpc, Fast And Slow Storage, As Well As Large Virtualization Machines. The Agreement Offered Does Not Include The Purchase Of Servers. Ess Is The Worlds Largest And Clearest Neutron Spread Research Facility Under Construction In Lund Sweden. As A Crucial Part Of Providing World -Class Science, The Data Management And Software Center (Dmsc) Supports Esss Tasks. Dmsc Is A Division Under Ess And Has An Office In Denmark - More Specifically At Dtu Lyngby Campus. In Order To Store And Process The Desired Amounts Of Data That Are Expected To Be Generated By Ess (About 10Pb Per Year When The Facility Is In Full Operation), Dmsc Must Cough A Number Of It Equipment Aimed At The Field Scientific Computing. It Is Estimated That Dmsc Will Need 30 Server Racks, Which Have A Total Power And Cooling Capacity Of 1Mw. Dtu Wants To Enter Into A Single Agreement On The Offered Delivery. The Delivery Is Expected To Be Server Module With Accessories In The Form Of Eg. Prefabricated Server Module, Server Racks, Ups System, Cabling, Cooling, Monitoring, Power Distribution, Fire Protection, Access Control, Etc. In Addition, The Delivery Includes Consulting Services In Connection With The Testing And Delivery Of The Delivery, As Well As The Conclusion Of A Support And Service Agreement.
