The Framework Agreement Shall Meet The Clients Need For Legal Services. Mission May Include, But Is Not Limited To: • Investigation Of Legal Issues Of Greater Or Lesser Scope And General Advice On Individual Issues And Various Legal Questions • Legal Quality Assurance Of The Content Of Documents Prepared By The Client And Contracting Parties • Legal Assistance In Connection With Project Accounts And Eu Projects • Assistance In Any Complaints Or Disputes, Including Negotiations And Procedure • Internal Courses, Conferences, Seminars Or Similar The Services Are Required In Close Cooperation With Various Internal Resources At The Client, And The Transfer Of Competence Is Therefore Important. In Addition, The Supplier Must Carry Out Internal Courses At The Client On Request. The Law Firm Should Have Expertise Within: • Contract And Contract Law • Labor Law For State Sector • Security And Privacy • Tax And Fee There May Sometimes Be A Need For Assistance In Areas Of Expertise Other Than Those Listed Above. In Such Cases, The Client Should Be Able To Use The Framework Agreement, But Is Not Obliged To Do So. The Client Is Not Obliged To Buy A Fixed Volume Of Legal Services. The Need For Services Can Vary Widely From Year To Year. The Client Does Not Have A Duty To Purchase Under The Agreement, And May Engage Legal Assistance Outside The Agreement If The Client Considers It Appropriate On The Basis Of The Nature Of The Assignment, Complexity Or For Other Reasons.
