We Buy A Service For The Treatment Of The Hazardous Substances Generated By Enefit Solutions As (11 01 11*) At The Following Location: 1. Enefit Solutions As-Malmi 8, Jõhvi, Rinsing Water Containing Hazardous Substances In Ida-Virumaa, With Sediment, Results From Stainless Steel Post-Passing Work. Rinsing Water Is Neutralized Either By Neutrator Avesta With 502/Deleted Lime Or Similar Chemical. The Results Of The Chemical Analysis Of The Rinse Water Are Presented In Annex 1-3 Of The Technical Specification Of The Technical Description. The Procurement Procedure Shall Be Conducted In Accordance With § 1009 - § 1013 Of The Loa And The Instructions And Other Source Documents Prepared By The Relevant Legislation And The Procurement Organizer. This Is A Competition And The Organizer Of The Competition Has Reserved The Right To Negotiate With The Tenderers.
