Special-Purpose Mobile Containers – Living Labs - Work Package 4 The Shock Freezing Container / Containers For Food Processing, Work Packages 1-4. This Request For Quotation Is For Work Package 4: Work Package 4. Quick Freezing Container (Shock Freezing Container) The Quick Freezing Container Is Used For Food Processing Of Natural Raw Materials And Cultivated Raw Materials, And The Work Takes Place Inside The Container. It Is A Container With A Temperature Close To Room Temperature, And A Spacious Quick Freezing Room Of About 4-5 M² Is Placed At The Front Of The Container. The Quick Freezing Container Must Include A Ventilation System. The Warranty Must Cover The Ventilation And Temperature Control Systems Of The Container. The Estimated Total Value Of Work Package 4 Is Approximately €65,000. In The Container, On Its Room Temperature Side, A Maximum Of Four (4) People Will Work At A Time, This Must Be Taken Into Account When Planning The Ventilation. The Ventilation Requirement In Terms Of Air Volume Is At Least 24 Dm³ Per Second For 4 People (6 Dm³ Per Second/Person). Bidders Must Describe The Ventilation Solutions In Detail. No Work Is Done In The Quick Freezing Room, Only Trolleys And Boxes Containing Raw Materials To Be Frozen Are Pushed Into It. The Quick Freezing Container Must Meet The Material And Hygiene Requirements Set By The Health Authority For The Food Processing Environment, As Well As The Safety Requirements Related To Indoor Work, Such As Ventilation Requirements. The Offer Must Include Detailed Technical Information About The Offered Ventilation System. The Offer Must Take Into Account The Ventilation Requirement For Indoor Work In The Container, Occupational Safety, And Food Space Requirements. The Solution Must Comply With Food Hygiene And Atex Requirements. The Goal Is To Obtain The Most Functional, Safe To Use, Cost-Effective, And Innovative Work Container Solution (See Appendix 1. Description Of The Procurement Target Quick Freezing Container And Appendix 2. Illustration) In The Section Appendices And Links. The Procurement Of Lappia Living Labs Food Pre-Processing Containers Has Been Divided Into Appropriate Parts So That The Substance Information Obtained Through Market Dialogue Can Be Utilized In The Competitions Of Different Work Packages. Work Package 4 Is In Accordance With The Approved Living Lab Project Plan, And The Procurement Unit Has Held Market Dialogue Sessions On November 29, 2024, And December 16, 2024. The Quick Freezing Container (Shock Freezing Container) Will Be Used For Food And Natural Product Processing Purposes In Collaboration With The Partners Of Vocational College Lappia (Micro And Small Entrepreneurs, Aspiring Entrepreneurs, And Other Development Partners) Throughout The Lapland Area, As Well As At The Muonio And Loue Locations. The Quick Freezing Container Will Be Transported For Project And Development Purposes Across Lapland, For Example, To Implement Workshops And Pilot Projects In Different Locations.
